Financial Preparedness and PositionThis timely workshop encourages participants to take a serious look at their present day financial reality in comparison to what is currently going on in the world. Workshop includes participant discussion regarding their relationship with money, credit and how to be better positioned to prosper.
Time: 2 Hours
Credit Check - Credit Information Workshop
This 4-Session workshop series takes participants through the process of creating a customized credit improvement plan. As participants progress through this series, they will identify the problem areas on their credit reports, and learn how to address these with the three national credit reporting agencies through the dispute letter writing process. Workshop includes discussion on how to deal with collection agencies and to make settlement offers with creditors.
Time: 2 Day - 3 hours/Day
Financial Literacy Program (Adults)
This is a two-day workshop that takes participants through eight areas of financial literacy topics. What is Money?, ABC's of Banking, The Cost of Credit, Credit Reports, Budgeting, Creating a Spending Plan, Secret of Savings and Avoiding Scams. This presentation is designed to give participants a comprehensive overview of money management and to teach them how to make the most of their situation.
Time: 2 Days - 4 hours/day
Show Me The Money - Youth Financial Workshop (Ages 12 - 20)
This fun interactive presentation creates an atmosphere of excitement around the topics of money for young people. The workshop introduces the formula: Dream Big + Getting Knowledge = Getting Paid. Group exercise includes selecting a profession for the money or for the love of the work.
Time: 90 minutes
